Meditation — The Art of Inner Stillness

Come home to your breath, your heart, your being. Meditation is not an escape from life but a way to meet it with presence, awareness, and softness. Rooted in the science and philosophy of yoga, my approach honors meditation as a journey through the deeper limbs of practice. In the classical teachings of Patanjali, we begin with dharana, the art of concentration — gently focusing the mind on a single point such as the breath, a mantra, or sound. With time and presence, this focused attention gives way to dhyana, a natural, effortless state of meditation where we simply observe and rest in awareness. I guide individuals through both stages, allowing the discipline of focus to open into the spaciousness of pure being. Whether you are drawn to guided meditation, where my voice gently anchors your experience, or silent meditation, where we sit together in presence, I hold space with care, non-judgment, and deep respect for your process. Every session is an invitation to return to your inner stillness — to slow down, listen within, and remember who you truly are. My background in yoga, sound healing, and Reiki allows me to support your nervous system and subtle body as you reconnect with your essence. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening your path, this is a space where your breath is enough, and your presence is welcome.

    • Group meditation session (1 hour): €20 per person.

    • Meditation sessions: €150 for a package of 10 classes and/or sessions (€15 per session).
